The Sept. 21 general lunch meeting panel discussion will center around who is responsible for the safety of workers on a job site when it comes to subcontractors and leased employee’s. Included will be who provides PPE, who does the risk assessment, who does the training, who reports the hours/incidents and who is overall legally responsible.
