Who Can Join?

Corporate Memberships Include:

  • Subcontractors – The subcontractor category consists of those members who are “subcontractors”, where the term “subcontractor” shall mean any construction company who serves as a trades subcontractor and who shares construction project risk while furnishing and supervising skilled labor on jobsites, or labor and materials used in the construction of projects, pursuant to contracts with business entities other than project owners. The term “labor” shall include skilled trades managed on jobsite as well as shop labor for the manufacture or fabrication of specific materials to be installed in a particular construction project.
  • Associates – The associate category consists of any company who provides services to subcontractors within the construction industry. Services provided can include, but are not limited to insurance, bonding, legal, accounting/financial, technology, staffing, consulting, equipment rental, office supplies, construction material supplies.
    NOTICE: THE ASSOCIATE-LEVEL MEMBERSHIPS ARE CURRENTLY AT CAPACITY. IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN A 75% SUB TO 25% ASSOCIATE RATIO (AS DICTATED BY OUR BY-LAWS), WE HAVE STARTED A WAIT-LIST FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP. Contact Tasha for more information.
How Do I Join?

Apply online (subcontractors only at this time) or fill out and return the PDF Member Application Form via email or mail. An invoice that can be paid securely online will be emailed after the application is submitted. Payment will be required for the membership application to be processed.

Membership Dues*
  • Subcontractor: $1,525 per year 
  • Associate: $1,750 per year (currently a waitlist; see notice above)

* Dues include membership at ASA Houston, ASA National, and the Texas Construction Association.
