Since 2011, the construction industry has supported the Houston USVETS program. Your support has allowed the organization to provide housing and resources for local veterans. Guitars N’ Cars is the longest running and most successful fundraiser for Houston USVETS. With the help of construction industry volunteers, the organization was able to build a commercial kitchen providing hot meals to homeless veterans. 

Over the past few years, the industry also raised over $1,000,000 in goods and services, including transport vans and new mattresses. Since completing the kitchen project, the organization has been able to help support the unique needs of local homeless veterans.

USVETS recently announced their move to a new, permanent home! The new space will need to be retrofitted to meet their needs and to accommodate the growing organization. 

This is where YOU come in! ASA is asking members to to support their biggest fundraiser of the year, Guitars N’ Cars. They need sponsors, silent auction donations, volunteers, and other services.
