How to Ensure You Are Receiving Emails from ASA National Headquarters

ASA National regularly sends the nationwide membership important emails that are meant to benefit the entire organization. Especially during these times of global pandemic, it is important that all members have the most up-to-date information about the latest recommendations and news. We would like to recommend that ASA Members take certain steps in order to make sure these emails reach your inbox and not the spam folder.

First, please make sure you add “communications@asa-hq.com” and “asaoffice@asa-hq.com” to your address book and your “Safe Senders” list. Both of those steps should help your email carrier understand that emails coming from ASA National are coming from an organization you know.  Second, when an email from ASA National reaches your spam folder, make sure you mark it as “not spam”. This is also to help your email provider know to send those emails to your inbox directly.

All of us at ASA National are dedicated to making sure our members have the most up-to-date information. By taking these steps, we can all work together to ensure that all of our members have the information they need.
