This past May the board of directors held a strategic planning session to set the course of the association for the next three years. One of the goals established was to begin an initiative to create a collaborative relationship between ASA-HC and the Houston area general contracting community. Last month a survey was sent to all subcontractor members of ASA-HC asking for input on which GCs in the Houston area should be invited to participate in this initiative.
