Over the last couple of years there has been a big push to have safety conversations rather than lectures. A conversation is when two people talk WITH one another. A lecture is when one person talks TO others.
Lectures can almost guarantee that the person(s) being talked to will tune out the “talker” within the first 15 seconds. Conversations will ensure that all parties are engaged and will help all retain the important safety information being discussed.
This one-hour presentation will help participates recognize the difference between conversations vs lectures, and how to turn lectures into conversations.
