This three-hour class is for supervisors, human resources, and management personnel who are responsible for the supervision of CDL drivers. It complies with DOT regulation that requires supervisory personnel who supervise CDL drivers have this training. It also provides training in recognizing those who may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- The class will also touch upon the recognition of alcohol and drug abuse and the impact this abuse has on the safety of others.
- We will also discuss how to document, review, and evaluate observations to deal effectively and fairly with employees.
- We will also review proper observation and documentation of potential substance abuse.
- Certificates of completion will be provided.
