At the Apr. 8 Board of Directors meeting, ASA-HC’s Bylaws were amended to allow for remote communication technology to be used to conduct chapter business. The amendment was prompted by the need to conduct the annual election of officers and directors in May without having to convene an in-person meeting for the members to vote.
