Baker Concrete recently achieved the Construction Career Collaborative (C3) Craft Training Champion Level.

“We are proud to announce that we achieved the highest level of participation awarded by Construction Career Collaborative, or C3,” the company said in its March 10 announcement. “They are a coalition committed to craft training in Houston. We support craft and safety training!”

C3 Craft Training Endorsement Champion Level companies are recognized for adhering to structure and maintaining an ongoing training plan for their craft workforce. In order to achieve the distinction, companies must submit their training programs for rigorous analysis to determine the program’s breadth and scope, as well as its measurable benefits to the craft worker.
