On Mar. 30, 2020, the ASA-HC Board of Directors unanimously voted in Autumn Stoner, J.M. Maly, Inc., to fill the vacant director position created by the resignation of Mark Johnson, previously with Briggs Equipment. Autumn will serve the rest of the term which ends on Jun. 30 and will be on the annual officer and director election ballot to serve a two-year term beginning Jul. 1.
