ASA has added a special fund-raising event during SUBExcel 2019 benefiting the ASA Subcontractors Legal Defense Fund. The SLDF supports ASA’s critical legal activities in precedent-setting cases to protect the interests of all subcontractors. ASA taps the SLDF to fund “friend-of-the-court” briefs in appellate-level cases that could have a significant impact on subcontractor rights.

“The Redneck Comedy Bus Tour” will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 9. ASA will provide beer and wine—but as the tour notes, bring your own moonshine or any beverage of your liken’! A bus will pick up our group at 2:00 p.m. at the convention hotel, the Renaissance Nashville. The minimum suggested contribution is $150 per person.
