Houston Fall Prevention Safety Day: Apr. 4
To support OSHA’s National Safety Stand-Down to prevent falls in construction, ASA-Houston Chapter and four other organizations have aligned to offer the Houston area construction industry a FREE afternoon of presentations and demonstrations to assist in preventing falls.
This complimentary event is perfect for owners, managers, general contractors, safety directors, subcontractors and workers that are in the construction industry.
OSHA National Stand-Down Week: May 7-11
In conjunction with OSHA’s National Safety Stand-Down week May 7-11, 2018, ASA-HC is asking all members to plan, or participate in, a safety stand-down during the week.
Last year more than 12,000 ASA-HC member company employees took part in OSHA’s National Safety Stand-Down week. This year, the ASA-HC Safety committee’s goal is 15,000 individuals!
ASA-HC has posters to use during your stand-down as well as hard hat stickers to hand out to the employees that participate in your stand-down.Contact the chapter office to get yours! asa@asahouston.org
