The subcontractor category consists of those members who are “subcontractors,” where the term "subcontractor" shall mean any person, partnership, corporation or other entity engaged in construction and who furnishes labor, or labor and materials, used in the construction of projects, pursuant to contracts with persons or entities other than project owners. The term "labor" shall include shop labor for the manufacture or fabrication of specific materials to be installed in a particular construction project, or labor on a jobsite, if the labor is managed by the subcontractor.

I agree to conform with the bylaws and policies of the association. (Bylaws and policies can be found here.) I hereby request that ASA-Houston Chapter send communications advertising its products, goods and services to my company’s fax machine and/or to the email address listed above until such date that I, or my company, notifies ASA otherwise.
I understand that membership dues for subcontractors is $1,250/year (prorated for the month joined) and for associates is $1,500/year (prorated for the month joined). Once this application is submitted, I permit ASA Houston to invoice me the prorated dues amount. My membership will not be activated until I submit payment.*
